To help out others, below is a list (from the very beginning so be patient) of The OkiData PCL6 driver intending to reinstall the driver to see if that my fix the problem and in the process realizing I missed a critical “windows update” button on the way. While the actions you suggested didn’t fix my problem, I have figured out what I did wrong.Įssentially, I did not see the correct printer driver because I missed clicking on a button to get to the “windows update” print drivers and was only seeing the print drivers included with the basic Windows 10 installation.
